Hello. I have a question here and badly needed help, please. My sister is an employer hiring a foreign worker under the new pathway, after creating an employer portal account,an employer was given a number to be forwarded to the applicant abroad.
She thought it was all good. But the officer needs another document it is "proof of provincial nominee"?? Because the employer is LMIA exempted.
Anybody here with the same issue? Where can we get the proof of provincial nominee since it's not even stated in the guidelines.
Thank you in

I'm the employer. I didn't have to make an employer portal account. Neither did I submit any sort of number. Other than my business number...

I don't understand the process why immigration is asking for proof of provincial nominee. When did you submit the application? I mean before or after june 18,2019? Might be a different case again.
I hope somebody will answer this query. The thing is the applicant submitted the application directly to embassy and the receiving officer checked the papers and noticed a missing document from the employer.

Thanks again.

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding my friend's application base in HK. Her ex-husband in the Philippines wouldn't allow their 18 yrs old son to include in the application so that he can go with her Mom.

My friend and her ex-husband were no longer a couple and separated 16 yrs ago but they never filled any legal separation. Is it possible that my friend 18yrs old son can go with his Mom even though the Father wouldn't sign any papers? What would be the best option for my friend to bring her son with her? Thanks in advance for answering my query.

Thank you
