I m from India but living in Australia at the moment. No idea what’s happening. I m calling my representative but same answer can’t do anything.

I just hope that by the end of December 2023 you’l get an approval. You have been waiting for so looooooooong.

march 2023 medical, med passed, paid rprf, update imm forms
august 2023 employer adr and submitted the same month

after that nothing T_T

Brace yourself. There are a lot more ahead of you like us from 2020 who are still waiting too. It seems forever but praying for positive results for all of us.

Did you call IRCC laready? You should try to also request for GCMS notes

These are the only requirements when you apply for PR.

1. Schedule form 19B
2. All paystubs
3. Refrence letter (experience letter)
4. T4
5. NOA

So no need to worry about new employer income

Our employee got the visa stamped on passport and like to arrive in Dec 2023 . We will be out of Canadian in Dec & Jan. But she still wants to land in our absence and then go to some relative's house of her's. As being an employer do I need to be in Canada at his arrival time ?

The answer is “No”.

Being an employer you don’t need to be in Canada upon his arrival.

Also the Work Permit that will be issued in Canada at the airport doesn’t even have the name of the employer nor the location of the employer.

I have one question about my ECA report, by profession I am doctor and I have done MBBS.

And I got my ECA from Medical Council of Canada (MCC)

My question is that this report will suffice the requirement or I have to get my ECA from WES or other equivalency body.
