I sent 2 files through my gckey account and and I sent my employment offer letter through mail. It’s indicated in their email that you can send it through webform or mail.
Hi, Chacheng! Planning on doing the same since gckey account only has options for 2 forms. I can't open the webform either. Did they ask you for employment certificates for your personal history?

I see.. Thanks for replying. One more thing, did you submit an original form for your employment offer, or was the signature of your employer scanned/digitized instead? Hope applicants who sent via webform can share too.

Do you think sending a webform to follow up is a good idea or they won't respond?
They will definitely RESPOND but with a reply of a GENERIC letter. Copy/paste letter from their templates. I can give you now the reply they gave me, and many applicant will say that “it’s exactly what they replied to me!”

i only use webform, to send some attachments as an update. I prefer to talk to them on phone.

Please, I need detail on how to apply for this program. Thanks
Hi, you can browse the IRCC website to learn more about this.

(https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/economic-classes/pathways-for-caregivers/child-care-provider-support-pilots/assessing-application-selection-criteria.html)

Or you could watch a handful of videos on Youtube. Even though we are willing to guide you through this, nothing beats informing and teaching yourself :) Information is free and everything about it is accessible.

Yes, you must put every job experience you have even if it's not related. Being productive is a plus factor. They still look into it. Are you outside or inside applicant?
I have a similar experience, I have worked as a Nanny in the past and now currently working as a junior lecturer, hope this won't affect my application to a refusal?

I think it won’t affect as long as you already submitted proof of work experience/training related to the job(offer) your applying for
