I am sponsoring my sister as a Caregiver for my kids.. Lets see if that works ....

Hi guys, I am planning to apply this oct 2021. my 24 months work permit will expire on the said month. Just waiting to finished my contract. I've got my ECA, CELPIP and work experience and others documents.
there is one thing I am worried about my marital status, we are separated for 5 years now but legally we are still married. I will not include him in my PR application. Thanks in advance for those who will reply who experience this. What ways can I do to not include him.

You dont gave to include him in application. Just on the family background form.

There is a public policy about essential worker under home child care provider. It started May 6, 2021 until July 2021 but i dont know if the numbers of applicants are reached.
