ye shave her visit visa right now once she comes here planning to change her on supervisa for now. Will give try with h&C if that works .after

She will have to leave Canada and come back to initiate the supervisa.

The supervisa was meant for people who have not been selected for PGP. It allows parents to visit for longer periods of time. There is zero guarantees parents can remain in Canada until they land as an PR so you need a plan for if your parent can not remain in Canada. There are many in similar situations as you are while Canada is also in a healthcare crisis and has an ageing population. Canada can not absorb everyone’s parents.
