IRCC only requires your wife's booklet unless specified because she is the applicant.
A professional notarized business should also be able to translate for a fee. This takes time and you should get on it.
Don't ' cheap out ' and do it yourself.
Read carefully, there is an "OR" in it if this is the exactly wording in the request.
If your resignation will affect your visa to stay in your wife's country, may be she can resign first and explain why. Provide them with other proofs like fund transfer (better to your own account but well).

nobody can say for sure now, all you can do is send it and PRAY HARD the officer is in a good mood that day.
You are not fulfilling some stuff they asked so they are free to PFL you if they choose to do so...that's the bottom line bro.
Thanks. This is the point I was making. I'm fairly certain it did not say you had to do all these things but listed examples.
@dw33, deep breath, go back, read my post above, read the other threads, think, plan, organise FIRST. Read carefully what the letter from HK says.
Do NOT take actions that will cause you problems later, until you are sure that is the right course of action.
(Eg you spoke of transferring most of your money to your mother - I know nothing about that but imagine that there are potential problems in just transferring a whack of money to another person. If you need to transfer some to cover some of your expenses, perhaps, but I doubt transferring all immediately is necessary.)
Yeah transferring money to another person is useless imo.
You should of came back to Canada sometime earlier this year or last year, opened an account so that you could later show proof of transferring money into your OWN Canadian account.

I'm just mind boggled by the deviousness of IRCC....they pulled the same on me with 2 ADR back to back.
Some things they clearly knew I could not do (opening a joint bank acct in Ukraine, etc)...but I did my best and now they washed their hands of me and sent my application packing to Kyiv. hahahaha
