When did you apply, how old is the LOA and when does your program start? IRCC wants a new letter.
I got my letter of appointment April 22 2023. And my classes start September 2023. So I don’t that is much time,for them to be requesting for a new letter if acceptance. And I applied for Study permit in July 2023
If IRCC wants an updated letter with unconditional acceptance then you need to get it. Why did you wait so long between getting the LOA and applying. That is almost 3 months.
Did your offer letter mention Conditions for Admission? I guess they want an offer letter in which you have fulfilled the Conditions of the university like fees payment.
my offer was an unconditional letter. And my letter of acceptance has no date of expiry. I also asked the school for an updated letter of acceptance but I was told they only give one letter of acceptance. And on my letter it clearly started that the letter I should submit to IRCC
my offer was an unconditional one. I was only instructed to accept my offer my the school. And I have paid the required deposit fees for one semester.
I think there are two options you have here. One is showing them that you have fulfilled your admission conditions or second one is the email you university admissions department to make a new offer letter which states that you have fulfilled your admission conditions. If you dont have time then opt for the first one or if your university responds fast enough you should go for the second option,
Well IRCC wants a new letter. So ask the school again. In the meantime, submit a webform with the current letter and an explanation why not submitting a new letter. The issue may be that the letter is from April and you didn’t apply until July.
