He means that you have done your part by submitting your application & all you need to do now is be patient. And above all, do not complain because others have to wait much longer than New Delhians. You will get the visa when the time comes :)

lol why is everyone trying to put me down like my wait has no meaning infront of others who have to wait much longer i was just asking according to new delhi timeline not trying to say others have no meaning. to me if you have to wait 1 month or 1 year the suffering is the same for everyone.

Well the thing is no1 is saying you are not suffering, however when you compare your timeline and your "1 mth and 29 days no letter" others who are waiting are rightfully upset; as they know there is a great chance you will get a visa before them even tho they have been waiting over 9 mths, if all VO processed as fast as yours then maybe some wouldn't be "putting you down" that wasn't the intent however if you had read a couple threads before you started this maybe your initial msg may not have come off as a little hasty especially when other offices have triple the times as your.

But we all hope to be done with this process in lightning speed so you will get your PPR soon if you join the ND thread it gives you an avg timeframe so you can get a better timing. GL

Thank you lets all hope everybodys case gets processed faster :D

Sorry, but I have to keep going back to this. It gives me a good laugh for the day. In fact, I just looked at my ecas 10 minutes ago as well! Surprise, no change! It's like watching grass grow. Actually, I think that is faster.

One time I commented to my husband that he should move to India, become a citizen and then apply through New Delhi. It might be faster!

Hahahahaha!!!! I said that about myself to my hubby too!!!

Hey Guys Ecas Says "Medical Has Been Received" on august 30 and they started processing my application on july 12 now what whats the next step is it PPR or do i have to wait for Decision Made.....

Waiting seems like a good idea...

Lol ;D Didn't mean to ruffle your feathers :P Honestly, nobody can say what the next step is. Depends from case to case. If they are not satisfied with your application and have doubts about the marriage, they might call you for an interview. Or send a request for additional documents. Or send the PPR. No one can answer that for sure without knowing your case, neither can one say how much time its going to take.

People have gotten their visas while ecas showed 'in process'. Ecas is not reliable most of the times. If its an open-and-shut case, PPR is sent within 2-4 months, most likely you should get it soon. Then again, depends on the VO handling your case. But yes, you can order CAIPs notes if you feel its taking longer than usual. And also involve your MP once your 6 months are up. So I come back to my original answer. For now, waiting seems like a good idea :P
