HiIMM 5669 E Schedule A - Background / Declaration
6d. Been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other Country?
I am perplexed by the nature of this question. My father applied twice for Skilled Immigration to Canada, in which my mother was the spouse and I (12 and 16 years old) was listed as dependent. Unfortunately, the visa was denied both times and my father died a few years ago. After almost a decade, me and my mother have applied for Permanent Resident visas to Canada and in the original forms we have answered "NO" to that question.
We are still waiting for the interview but are confused if any of us should have answered "YES" to that question. Please help.
NOTE: My mother was present in both interviews but my father was the principal applicant. I wasn't present at any of the interviews.

I don't understand. We're you employed during this period in Singapore? If it was a vacation while you were unemployed, it's included in that time period.Question:
I sent an IMM 5669 in 2019, then IRCC is asking for a completed IMM 5669 again this 2021, I realized that I did not put on my declaration my 3 weeks vacation in Singapore back in 2018 in between my unemployment, I was unemployed back then, I just put unemployed on the period that I was unemployed.
Now, 2021, should I add a separate column for that 3-week vacation travel between my unemployment? If yes, then my IMM 5669 in 2019 would be different from IMM 2021.
