Hello...need some information although they are given on the cic website...

1. Proof of fund--- can spouse show all of the amount after getting ITA....or the money should be on the name of principal applican?

2. Police clearance--- should we submit the police clearance from both our home country and abroad(we are outside of our country for 6 months...) my child is 2 years of age....p.c needed for him?

3. After submitting successful express entry profile when the cic will request for the passport? (Any tentative time schedule)?

4. Any benefit for sibling in canada like any positive impact on getting immigration decesion? ( i know about 15 points extra adding)

1 - Yes as long as he/she is accompanying.

2 - Yes, PCC is needed if you've stayed in a country for a total of 6 months since the age of 18, no PCC needed for your child.

3 - 6 months.

4 - It does not impact the decision on your application.

Thank you....but one answer is not clear....is it acceptable if all the fund is on the spouse name (not main applicant)?

He did answer: yes it's acceptable to be in the name of the spouse as long as they're accompanying

My spouse has 6 years of work experience in Noc B. He has break of work as he undertook Masters in Abroad for 1.5 years. Now he is on job search visa. Is there any issue with Work Experience in claiming points. Thanks

Yes, as long as he/she is accompanying you

Only folks in your family who are 18 years or older need PCC. If your "Total till date" stay in any country exceeds 6 months, you need PCC from there.

Final decision is not impacted. (This counts as demographic information.)
