If you get police certificate, you could try to send that + the religious wedding certificate as is, inquiring if this is sufficient.
This might buy you some more time while you're in the process of resolving the civil certificate issue.

im thinking this is the best solution just send everything i have and pretend I thought it was enough.

while i work on the civil thing still. This way they see im working on it and sending stuff but just misunderstood them.

This should get me another 60 days?

Ill send what i have in near the end of march as the due date is April 10th. In the letter I will explain in dubai they dont do civil marriages only religious marriages and maybe that will be enough.

OMG!! your case sounds very difficult. I'm sorry you are going through this. You are putting a lot of energy and effort and money for the application. I hope the officer will consider all the work you're putting in and accommodate you as much as possible.

As everyone mentioned, if you can't get something in time write a letter to CIC outlining everything you've done and try to request more time as much as possible. Unfortunately at this point in your application, if they don't have all the necessary document they will simply decline with no refund. I really really hope everything works out great for you.

Best of luck!!
i know i had to pay a judge to do the police report for me rushed. Hopefully not all for nothing!

ok hows this sound. I'll send my book and the police report with this letter:

To whom it may concern:

I have obtained the police report from Lebanon as requested. It is the original im am sending. The marriage certificate I’m sending is how my religion does marriage. We are called ‘Druze’ we are a small religion only 1 million of us remain on earth currently. We are not Muslim or Christian. We obtained a stamp from the highest Druze priest in Lebanon who is registered with the Government of Lebanon and he has registered our Marriage. We also got the stamp from Lebanon government Ministry of Foreign affairs. We are sending a copy and a notarized translation done in Beirut of this.
Best regards,
xxx

I have obtained the police report from Lebanon as requested. I am forwarding the original document to you.
I have also obtained a marriage certificate. As members of Druze religion, there are only around 1 million of us remaining in the whole world, so this complicates things for us as there are few official bodies for registration, and UAE where I am currently located does not recognize our religion at all.
Our marriage has been registered and certified by the highest Druze priest in Lebanon, who is registered with the Government of Lebanon. We are providing the certificate.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of Lebabon has validated the certificate and affixed their stamp.

We are sending copy of the certificate and a notarized translation performed in Beirut.
If there are any issues please kindly let us know as soon as possible.

Best regards,

--------
Send and say a Druze prayer.

UPDATE:

The Lebanon Ebassay in dubai told us we need to go to Abu dhabi's lebanon embassy and send it through a diplomatic bag to Lebanon.

She finally took time off school and made the 2.5 hour drive down. Now at the abu dhabi place they said they never do that kinda of stuff it doesn't exist.
She even asked to talk to other people ask people in the back and no help. They said just send through dhl.

So both embassys of lebanon in UAE have conflicting things to say about the same process.

:o

just hoping the cic takes the religous one and the letter as enough.

Well we sent the papers 2 weeks ago with the same marriage paper but with more stamps on it from different authorities like the ministry of foreign affairs in lebanon. Plus a letter of explanation that this is civic marriage paper for my religion.

the shipping company gave us an email saying they received it.

when will we get the rejection email saying its not what they asked for?

If it was not what they wanted would they respond right away? is it a good sign to not hear anything?

Awesome! congrats! Looks like you got the approval for your application and they will issue the visa.
Bio-data page is the primary passport page, with name, photo, etc. Whole passport copy is a copy of all pages.

Looks like your hard work running around all the bureaucrats paid off.

Thank you all for your help and kind words.

It was hell...and i feel relief finally. Now I feel the stress gone. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
