The universities ask for my IELTS score. They need it through the test centre. What should I do? Apply for extra TRF or send them the electronic copy of test score?

Apply for the additional TRF by providing them the address of your university.
Charges are 1250 INR for courier and 250 INR for airmail or electronically.
You can send email TRF only if the university is on the list of British council or IDP.

If you have given IELTS through IDP.. you can pay with separate option of Rs. 250 per university.. takes month to reach to university.. and disadvantage you can't track thatAsh26hardy said:

British council charge the same amount.
