Appreciate your response on this akshay8990. I did keep dalhousie as my last preference but what bugs me is the cost of tuition and living. Any insight on that? Thanks again.

The universities ask for my IELTS score. They need it through the test centre. What should I do? Apply for extra TRF or send them the electronic copy of test score?

I applied through a consultant. They said that without GRE, my chances of applying good universities were limited. So I had to go with UWO, UOTTAWA, DALHOUSIE & CONCORDIA.

I have applied UWO for the mentioned intake... Yet to receive my offer letter though... Have you received the offer letter for both? How long was it for you to receive the LOA?
