HELP Complicated urgent Problem, Please help! I'm so frustrated!

All those pretending to be innocent here have in a way or other used the system . They just dont wana accept the truth . Everyone immigrate to Canad for a better life but when system itself is a fail you look for loopholes. More than 80% of the company dont wana pay what the actual pay should be according to Service Canada but you see this as a only chance to immigrate and when no help is available you chose the only path thats available to you .

Once again you dont have to say anything about part time.Just say you worked full time and report your pay as per your T4 . If you have a real bad luck and they ask you about less pay , its your employer responsibility to report to service canada that he is reducing your pay not yours. So dont worry about it and go for it.

Don't presume to know about others nor speak for them.

If you have chosen to cheat the system then that's your choice. Don't try and group the rest of us in the same basket as you to make yourself feel better about your actions!

Not everyone, especially not the majority, cheat the system.

The minority cheat the system, and screw things up for others! Example? 5 year wait for citizenship!!!

People who are ignorant dont get it so dont bother with it. No one is dumb enough to join the group and do as i say . every one is an adult and free to make decisions. I am just helping the guy out because i have been through it .

How can even ask or suggest lying to CIC? Not to mention even if the LMO is not required on the CEC application, I am sure CIC can access all your immigration history and every document you ever got from the Canadian government since you set foot in this country! In my opinion this shouldn't even be a consideration.

To speak to the point about low pay, the whole point of CEC is to see that you can successfully establish yourself at a decent level and get paid the same as Canadians. I understand it is harder for foreigners and that employers may take advantage of the situation but at the end of the day you need to protect your self interests and not sign up for something that doesn't work for you.

Not to mention, it is people like you that make things difficult for everyone else and hold up the process and cause CIC to be extremely rigid and stringent in their interpretations.

Personally, I would rather be rejected than commit immigration fraud. That stuff can follow you around for the rest of your life. Find a legal way to do this.
