Hi guys, Ironically enough I just got my medical requests and bio data form in a CIC email this morning. Does this mean my work experience and language qualified? No RFPF yet though but still really good news! Hope everyone else continues to get good news too :)

Are the people in this thread ridiculous? How can even ask or suggest lying to CIC? Not to mention even if the LMO is not required on the CEC application, I am sure CIC can access all your immigration history and every document you ever got from the Canadian government since you set foot in...

Also, I was wondering about this, CIC recently made changes to the CEC. While before 37.5 hours was considered full time work experience, now only 30 hours and 12 months of skilled work experience are required. Are our applications going to be assessed according to this standard?

My NOC was 1241 and 1242

I was wondering if higher NOCs are getting approved faster? I know cec is a pass fail process so it shouldn't matter. Also, is there differentiation in NOCs at the same level?

I don't think having a spouse on the application makes a difference with timelines. This wait is driving me crazy! I can't believe it's taken this long! When will we get our good news? Also why was that June '12 applicant rejected?

Hi, What was your job? Also you need to make sure your work experience was one full year or more so the time you were idle will not count. Keep working and wait till you get one year or a little bit more and then apply.
