Alright, I'm sorry if you guys are sick of me by now.
For those who haven't heard my obsessive harping, US husband was with me in ON, had a VR which expired Jan 4th, we applied for an extention to Feb 28. He was on implied status, and we had booked our honeymoon for this past week in FL. Someone on the forum said we'd have AOR by the 31st (when we fly back in) and then they'd let him back in easily. Well, we didn't get AOR. They skipped over us. I'm sure we will eventually, but we leave tmrw.
Does anyone know tips or tricks for getting him back in? We have the receipt from the fees for applying, proof he's paid his union dues to say he will return to US at the end of Feb to work, and the receipt from applying for the extension (proof of implied status). Any ideas on things to say, etc? Anything. His car is in ON and we really can't afford another ticket for him to go home if they refuse him at Pearson airport tmrw.
