Help and i need some answers...please...

I came here in canada as a live-in caregiver year 2003 and i finished my 24 months as a live-in caregiver @ 2006, but my problem is i didn't process my papers because i dont have enough money and i'm pregnant at the same time. now i dont have status here i canada here in canada and my daughter is turning 4 this year and shes going to JK this september.
i want to apply for a refugee but im afraid..what if they will decline my application and they will send me home?
My daughter was born here, and now shes going to school this year...i dont know if the school will accept her because she doesn't have any papers because i have no status here in canada.

Please help me...any advise?

Do you really think a Filipino is going to qualify for refugee status? Didn't claim at the first opportunity is going to be a huge barrier.

PMM She will probably loose,But her child is Canadian and can study.I was going to do so in private,But open board is fine,basically less then 2% of Filipino Refugee cases in BC win,because overwhelming number of fraudulent cases.I was planning to advice her against the claim .No refugee claim is not a solution but a delaying tactic to your departure to Canada.

It really won't be much of a delaying tact with the introduction of C-11 really short time for hearings, especially manifestly unfounded claims.
