lol... nah... it just said, "countries other than Canada, not specific time frame" - since I've only lived in my home country and Canada, I just did it from birth. haha

Hello,

I am filling in the Sponsor Questionnaire (IMM 5540) form. It asks whether I have resided in other countries other than Canada. I would like to know if I need to list ALL of my addresses I have EVER lived in (I was born in NZ, I am completing an outbound application from NZ). If I need to list all my address I have lived in (heaps) do I need to know the exact dates of when I lived at the addresses?

Sorry if this is a stupid question! Any help would be great!

2 things, first i have just been asked for details going back to 18 despite the form saying 10 years, hugely annoying but be prepared. Secondly if you lived in any other country for 6 months or more you will also need a police certificate

Apparently the OP is the Sponsor, in which case no police certificates are required. Only the applicant needs those.
