Hmmm...maybe you ladies should invest in a Scottevest essential jacket or trench coat. The pockets would fit lots of soap bars, especially if you get one a size too big :) Basically the pockets all open inward so there's no bulges (as long as there's space for the pockets to expand inward)

Take a look at http://www.scottevest.com/v3_store/Essential_Jacket_Women.shtml (the x-ray views and videos are most helpful to understand how they work).
Does it come in size BIG AND PREGNANT?!?!
:o

That would give even more pockets 8)
Yes can you imagine the amount of soap i could hide in there!!!

Good afternoon ladies; thank you for the positive thoughts for tomorrow's interview. I'm buying Corona on way home and a friend is coming over tonight to join me. Can't wait for tomorrow to be over. Trust me; once I know something I will be posting. Everyone say a prayer for us

Welcome to the group panorama68 and double rainbow. Great group here with lots of information and support.

Shuster2210; when I went September I used a backpack for carryon and sunwing made me weigh it. It was packed and weighed 5 kg exactly. A person traveling me he had no carryon; just a laptop bag and they made him weigh that; it was over so external harddrive had to be put in luggage. I had called and was told purse or laptop bag free; carryon no more than 5.

Have a great day

Hey Double Rainbow....my husband is from Matanzas!!!! I just got an email actually and the connection is bad due to wind and rain and he cannot open the emails I have sent so it was short and sweet. Told me not to worry about the hurricane Matanzas is out of harms way for now...they will just have the side-effects!!!

If your husband is an emailer our husbands have probably crossed paths and know each other at least by face!!!!

Well the plan was Mid Jan after our daughter is at least 6 weeks. But I will be honest...I am not sure I can wait that long. I have not seen him since July 10th.
My mind is working a way to get there for a quick weekend for his birthday Nov 3. I seriously need you all to send me good thoughts...I am waiting on the darn doctor to call me back to tell me if it is safe travel. I have spent the morning getting everything else in place...airline says I can travel up to 36 weeks without a dr's note. But I think I should get one anyways. I will be 35 weeks when I go. I have had a very low risk pregnancy....and everyone I talk to says oh you will be fine for 3 days you need to do this before she comes because then you won't have that freedom to be spontanious. I feel in my heart I will be too....but I know my hubby will be upset if I do not get docs approval. *fingers crossed* and I know sharing this with you may bring on some harsh judgements....try to be kind with your negative comments...because I am pregnant and emotional : )

Happy Tuesday!

Oh and yes...it is the fact that i woke up feeling positive this morning that made me start to look into this possiblility. I actually found a flight RIGHT into his city and out of his city for $75 plus the taxes. I feel like it is meant to me ;D

Absolutely no reason you should not go...if you have had a low risk pregnancy a flight to Cuba well be fine....you need to look after your mental health as well because you will need a strong constitution for birth and night feedings!!!!

Thank you KJG!!!
annnnddd.....nevermind.
Just heard back from the docotor who said...well it is my risk to take. That no insurance will cover my if I give birth in while in Cuba and I will be looking at $15,000 bill if I do. She said it is not a probability it is a possibility. She said it is not the flight that is the risk....it is where I will be for 3 days

Super bummed..but I know I will get over it.
