Hello Amar,Amar1234 said:Hi Everybody,

I have got H1b extension in Sep30, In worst case If i wont get H1 extension
can any one please advice what is going to happen to my AINP application ?
Is that going to be invalid ?
Thanks
Amar
You must have valid H1-B visa when AINP issues your nomination (because you applied after Feb 19). Sometimes AINP asks for documents like recent pay stubs and employment verification letter in the middle of process. In your case, since your old I-797 (or H1-B stamp on your passport) shows the expiration date of your current H1-B, AINP will ask for more documents later (for sure!) and you will have to give AINP the documents.Amar1234 said:Hi Everybody,
