htoor, I have also wasted around 2.5k USD, only difference is that your lawyer is standing by you and ready to fight back for you, that's what I meant by lucky.

I just now received the letter from AINP which no one of us wanted to receive ... this is really sad thing. I applied in 9th March 2009, and then AINP requested for more documents on 15th April, so maybe I am counted with April candidates.

I think AINP should have never been free ... at least it would have discouraged all those people who just wanted to backup or even backup of a backup ... even I know few ppl like this. If it was not free, people like us who really need it, and would have landed given a chance, would have got...

Sanjya, Sorry to hear that. KapilArya, Do you know if they have quota of 4k, then can we guess till which file numbers the nomination will be coming, As I think there file numbers were incremental like 1000, 1001, etc.

broadwayboy, Can you tell us the exact date on which you applied? Anybody else who applied in March 15- March 30 2009, got this kind of rejection letter??? I thought they are rejecting only people from April and after that but it seems like getting ugly here :'(

phillysteak78, Can you please tell us when did AINP received your letter? And when did you got your file number, As I also applied on 15th march and got mail from Alberta for further documentation in April 15, So, I am not feeling good about all this here as well. Anyother March applicant got...

If anybody have more information on who is getting rejected or exact date after which all the candidates will be rejected will be really appreciated.

It is already being 9 months I got my file number, So, lets hope we only have to wait 3 more months to get the nomination...
