what I understand is transcripts are given at Universities / Boards of Education, they come-up with Xerox copy signed by authority and kept in a sealed envelope..... Or They can be certified by Notary... If you already checked with AINP. please post here , what you did.....

For any claiming Educational points either Bachelors or Masters they(CIC) mentioned clearly, need to be Full Time . (Full Time means, need to attend 18 Hrs/week Classes / College). If you have attended 18 Hrs / Week or more, your Good to get those extra points..... less than that means Its not...

I did Under this NOC Code: 2174.      Application Rcvd on 7th April. 09. No update from AINP people, except for employer letter... It looks like for NOC:2174, they have not issued any file numbers recent days, for some other NOC codes they did issued file#s even they applied later than me...

Yes, thats correct, My friend wants to continue with H1B stream. There is a possibility of getting Calls. Be prepared for the same(Attend the call).
