H1B - Alberta PNP File Number / Certificate Timeline

As i remember there are two cases who got rejected by AINP with the below email content.deveshjaitley said:
"Your file has been reviewed, and it has been determined that your education and professional experience are equivalent to a Business Methods Analyst (NOC 1122) which is not included in the Regional occupation Under pressure list. As a result, you cannot be considered eligible for the AINP Strategic Recruitment Stream at this time.
Please note that decisions with respect to the selection of Candidates are at the sole discretion of the Province of Alberta and are final; There is no appeal process."
As per HRSDC website 2171 (systems Analysts & It consultants) usually have degree in Computer, engineering or related field.

When can people who got file numbers in March expect to get nominations. I think almost all applicants who got file number in Feb have got nominations
Did someone call them recently about the timeline and any info ???????????????????????????????

That is right, there was one rejected for having written Toronto, and there was one more who made the same mistake, but realized it and decided to notify them about it. Not sure what happened to that guy.engg said:

If I am not mistaken last month no one got nomination. Please let me know if any one got nomination on last month with latest file number?
Does anyone know the link for "Appendix A: Checklist for Provincial Nominees" is that the check list we are suppose to use? When I search the website it gives me all kinds of checklists including skilled workers, family class or business class.... but not exactly provincial nominee checklist or maybe I can't find it ... could you help?
