You may not have been contacted yet but you can be contacted at any time and be requested to report to CBSA or even deported. I CBSA often puts deportation on hold if there is an H&C application being processed. Given that this is your second H&C application what CBSA requires may be different. You also may be unaware but an H&C application does not mean that you qualify for a WP. A job offer letter and APR does not mean you qualify for a WP. Others can confirm these facts but you seem to be getting incorrect information from someone.

If you are out of status I don’t think you are considered a tax resident.
You don't know a lot about immigrants and foreigners in Canada ! If you can't get SIN number you can apply for individual tax number after 6 months in canada even if you are out of status

My friend received GCMS Notes but theres a lot of pages blank and says “PURSUANT TO ACT” which cannot be disclosed. I think two pages or more, is there anyway to request with this shaded and cleared information like they shaded to white ak it cannot be seen and also some entire pages

Being out of status does not stop you from filing your taxes! You can file your taxes yearly even if you're out of status. It's recommended that you do so yearly.

What I meant is that if I desperately need a WP, I would have applied it. Unfortunately, I did NOT apply for it. I don't think I have the time to do so. Besides I notice h&c processing time is now becoming fast ( it is evident from my timeline. go back and check my previous comment for it). Already, My h&c application is in PROCESS. I have all the required documents + my immigration case + my circumstance makes me an ideal candidate for WP.......As for comments about CBSA, you just make yourself look dumb! you know NOTHING about my case and comment confidently as if you know
