If he got his AIP, so decision made in this case mean CoPR, if he didn't get AIP so unfortunately decision made mean generally a refusal.
Can you share his timeline please ?

He received aip may. That’s the first stage he got approved. Submitted all the documents for the second stage like passport copy police medical and paid for the landing fee. And his status before in process and January 14 just change to decision made.

When i go in Ecas and check the status of my application. there is a link on top cmes as "For instant email updates and more detailed, up-to-date case status, create an online account. Find out how. " when i try this i am not able to link it. Any idea

H&c is not linkable but they are working on it

no you can’t
Photos for pr are good for 6 months
You need new photos

but my friend ecas changed to decision madeJanuary 14, and didn’t get any email.
Did you all received your email on your junk or spam,To do the updates of your Corp?

You should receive your Aor between 1 to 3 months

every case is different sometime the senior officer could be sick vacation or could be have a Lots of files with him and that’s why it takes longer thou

When you pass all the stage 2 your file forward to senior officer for final review and final review the officer need to review your file and sign then you’ll get a copr
