Hi yes I don’t have any more appeals left RAD and federal review are also been rejected everything is exhausted now no more appeals or anything left . I was told I have to wait for 1 year before I apply for H&C because I don’t have a child or medical problem ! Also one more question
Can I apply to extend my work permit ? Will it be granted ?

Sorry for your claim rejection. Try applying for Work Permit, they may grant it even if you don’t have status. I just got mine last week even if CBSA was over my head and PRRA was not offered.

H&C re-started again after June 2021 and went in process on October 16 2021.
AIP today(2022/01/17).
