That was one of the negivate comments made on my decision. Stated that I did not include anything about daycare

Your children being in daycare would not be viewed as a reason why they must remain in Canada. Proof that you have secured longterm childcare so you can work full-time is the only way I can see that having daycare would be viewed as a benefit in an H&C case.

After Medical received. Do they usually put some more information? I sent everything they asked since Feb 25th and still nothing

Lol. It looks as if the senior officer responsible for sending COPR has gone on leave and no relief officer since the past 3 weeks. Am waiting for him to resume so he can send my copr like every other person in different groups I know have been waiting

Lots of people are on vacation in August so most employers in Canada are not working 100%. People also go on Mat leave, sick leave, compassionate care leave, etc. Just a fact of life in every office and things get redistributed or a replacement is found.

lol you read my mind! I have the feeling like there is only one person in the entire Niagara who signs off CoPRs and he is off for a month. And there is no back-up who has the same signing authority lol. Another week with no COPRs for this forum...

The drought of coprs is not even only in this group. There has been none in other forums I know two for the past 3 weeks. I only got address confirmation email on July 30, no final review email

Hey guys don’t compare yourself with other person case because every person has different case different situation and different officer it doesn’t mean somebody refuse few times you gonna or somebody got accepted the first time you going to get too
@Katayoon Case is way different than you guys her husband was in misrepresentation that mention many times before he was a Pr holder a lot us never hate the chances
If your case misrepresentation the chances are very low to get approval
she already explained many times do you guys are cases way different All she’s saying like don’t give up if I can do it

yes very well said Ayanna. My partner got denied many times and many lawyers told him he will never get HC because of misrepresention history. Some members on this forum even insulted me that he is irresponsible mis-representer, that he does not deserve being in Canada etc. One lawyer even told him to return voluntarily to his country and we can continue seeing each other "from time to time" in a third country (what a great piece of advice!)

But I did not give up. I forced him to cancel all those lawyers. We wrote a new HC on our own and this third time he got AIP. Still no COPR and not ready for celebration, but at least his deportation order is off the table now.

so yes - never give up and never let other people shape your destiny. And never judge others because one day you can find yourself in the same situation.

Thank you my friend. We asked our lawyer to follow up but we got a formal message that we are within the normal processing times and they will contact us if they need more documents. Nothing since then. Please pray for us.

There are more than 30 employees working in that Division so all of them on vacation went to do the barbecue together so after three weeks they’re all gonna be returned wow lol
