That’s not true. Although many with Canadian born kids do get approved Canada does refuse people with Canadian children or else people would have a Canadian child ro secure their status in Canada. People do still have a Canadian child because they think it secures their status. In many communities people are told that if they have a Canadian child they’ll have no problem staying in Canada.
Can’t comment on your letters but children being in daycare has minimal impact on an H&C file.

If a person who has a failed refugee who been in the country more than a year I know he/she planned to live here So they already been established in Canada and they have a ties with Canadians
Officers always make sure the Canadian born kids not supposed to be live in hardships country or could be danger to them for their safety
Yeah you’re right about some people are coming from Europe or China wealthy countries other countries they make sure the kids born here I’m not talking about those people I’m talking about people who likes to be establishment in Canada

What happened is that my home country doesn't provide PC easily and we are exempt by IRCC rules. When we submitted the lawyer wrote this in explanation letter. Back in May we could provide them and we sent them. Nothing from them since then.

You have to send some evidence that you can’t get your background because of that reason
My country was asking for personal attendance to provide the PC. However, we worked on that and got an exemption and they sent us the PC. I think this was too late as our lawyer confirmed that we can not get them from the IRCC website itself (they write specifically in IRCC that they require personal attendance for fingerprints). Then we could get them and now they have them for 57 days and counting. Please pray for us all of you amazing friends.
