It did happen with me ecas updated about 3 weeks after i received the refusal letter

yes it happened to many members Decision made but when they check in Ecas still shows application in process

Do you mean change your address?
There are 3 ways to change your address
1) The fast way call the call center #1 (888) 242-2100
2) you go to ecas click on address change
3) send a webform

whatever is easy for you I prefer 1 or 2 options
The third one takes six weeks to updates your address

Hello guys, how do u guys manage to get PCC from home country?? as my embassy here is so shit and thinking of h&c as asylum and said no passport services or pcc is available to such who applied under h&c. last time i got it easily as i had status before and had to get it for H&C application but now they not accepting it as acc to them H&C is asylum. what to do

I don’t know how works for pcc Every country doing different ways so if you can’t get it or you’re embassy denying you you can put write a explanation letter to H&c office tell him like that they’re not gonna issues me one because That reason
