These motherfucking officers need so much evidence on even small details. Its like they need an evidence of you peeing. @Ayanna sissy, and @bella12 thanks for your suggestion. received refusal notes in less than 24hrs, now its time for payback to these assholes. I am coming for you with your evidences.
So you got the explanation of your refusal? Could you share?

Bud just remember to get through this , make sure to add as many evidence as you can to support whatever you’re sending. even its a small evidence just send it. Just review whatever you’re saying or trying to prove make sure you have evidence to that thing.

Hi guys,

Is anyone know what is the next step if I got my medical exam a week ago?
My timeline is:
We received your application - January 20, 2020
We started processing your application - July 30, 2020
We sent you correspondence - January 23, 2020
We sent you medical instructions - May 26, 2021

I have applied from Canada for the humanitarian program.

Is it a good sign if they asked for medical exam?

Thanks!

did you got AIP ?

Guys if we do reconsideration do we pay again the PR Fee or just sending the old file with more evidence. And revonsideration application is it another retaineer.

Thanks for your reply,
I didn’t get AIP, and AOR.
About the case: this is for my mother in law, she is living with us in Canada for 2 years already, she is 75 and has no one in her home country.

You don't pay anything, you need to discuss with the Lawyer if he is going to charge you for that. Since you have the refusal look at all the points mentioned and defend it with evidence, normal they don't consider new evidence but who knows anything can happen.

Establishment--study here in Canada, work permit, volunteers in church, community and the hospital, i never moved places, from the day i came canada until now i stayed here and they consider. But they said i stayed longer back home so 8 years was not long enough
Hardship-i have no parents back home all my siblings are all dead too and my place were prone to flood that during typhoon our house almost covered of water sent actual photos, and many more arguments.
He agreed that Canada is better for my sons but not necessity of their well being. Other arguments he only give a little weigh. But still considered, his explanation was too long, that give me sense that he also had the hard time for his decision. Now i dont know what to do, we are applying for JR
You should apply for reconsideration, another officer might handle you case ,and see it differently.

Thanks for your reply.my lawyer said he will include some h and c considerations in the application.i paid for biometrics for my sin before but he was nit asked to do one.do I still have to pay for another biometrics fee now that I am submitting another application?
Biometrics is valid for 10 years , you done have to do another Biometrics.

lol I could not agree with you more. In My spouse's first refusal notes, "senior immigration officer" wrote she sees no evidence that our 6-month old son needs his presence in Canada. Like seriously?!

I wonder if these people are well positioned to handle these files? Someone who had the privilege of being born in Canada and probably never filled a single visa application for themselves, can they really understand everything we are going through?
