In addition to what @Ayanna has said. Yemen, Eritrea, Somalia (but maybe not if you are from Somaliland), Venezuela believe Congo, Libya may also be on the list
If the PRRA officer believes personally your life at risk your PRRA will be approved it doesn’t matter what country your from you need very strong evidence for that ten more then refugee claim

Agree but there are certainly some countries where getting PPRA is almost a formality although that doesn't guarantee status some people end up in limbo without status but that Canada won't deport.

if someone apply for h&c can he get approval if his application is based n assylum arguments/reasons or not ? its not my case at all but i just want to know these information , some people who had domestic violence prefer to apply for h&c
