Thanks for your reply. So, he has to wait till he gets his card and then submit his sponsorship application? His family is not with him and he is here on his own. Please tell me what he needs to do? He is lost looking for a clear answer!

No he don't have to wait for his PR card he can use his COPR to sponsor his family, because that's what I use my lawyer just copy it, they said PR card but if you don't receive it as yet you can use COPR. how old are his kids?

Hi guys so I just checked me email and I got copr on Friday !!!!! But I was in Niagara for my birthday weekend because my birthday was Saturday !!! So I wasn’t even checking my email....Omg !!! They have me a birthday gift !!!! And I didn’t even know!!! But I was thinking she would because my officer was really nice!!! She went back and forth with me about every single details... guys I pray for you all god is good
