Yes, I call the officer's said that its taking longer now because of the covid, he said 3 months are more it is taking now just hope its sooner than he says
Think it has more to do with the fact that many who crossed via Roxham road and had their asylum denied are now at the H&C stage. The approval rates for H&C aren't great and you only see a limited amount of cases on the forum. Would suggest people look up cases on CanLII. H&C isn't part of the immigration planning/targets.
There are also some who are incorrectly advised to apply for H&C. For example some parents should keep visiting using supervisas until families meet LICO and get selected for PGP. There have been some parents and grandparents approved but if you look through CanLII the majority are denied because H&C shouldn't be the default if you haven't been selected for PGP or don't qualify.
@Ayanna please how long does Copr usually takes after updating the address?, mine has been done since 3weeks now
it’s take from 1 up 10 business days I don’t know why it takes 3 weeks

becuse your in last stage you can call the agent
if they received your address then would could be couples more days
Did send you address updates or your lawyer
If your lawyer send your address usually he/she confirmation with then
