U don’t need it ! It’s already done for u ! U have to do medical in stage 2 again that’s all
@Ayanna I just came to see the comments here after few days. Sad to know about the refusals. I feel so lucky, someone private message me and I provide them with my lawyer firm. Some others asked me regarding there application so I told them to ask you because I have very less knowledge on it.
you was very lucky because you had a very good attorney.
a good lawyer help a lot in applications like H&C, TRP, assylum etc... and any other request wich is not really guaranteed.
it's very hard to find a good lawyer that's why we have to do our best to have a strong file if we don't have a good one ( i have seen several lawyers and they do almost nothing to help )

regarding the CCB I just want to add add something it might help others:
I got my work permit approved in October 2020, and my wife visit visitor extension also
We applied for CCB in November 2020
got reply from them:
Me (dad) not eligible
and wife got letter she is ELIGIBLE (but we have to show income for 2018 and 2019 which was $0)
We got above letter on January 20, 2021
We got AIP Mid December 2020
CoPR last week February 2021
I will update in the group, weather they are paying since 1st day or when

I don’t mind to answer everyone in private but sometimes they give me depression when I hear people stories and how they been denying to make you depressed I feel bad for them
Yeah I got approved too on February 22 when check in website
I don’t get that much because I have a pretty good income
only mom eligible for CCB not dad
But they will go by both income

As I said before every case is different and every officer is different I seen people who got approved with few support letters and that’s all and I saw people who makes 250,000 a year and he/she have a lot of ties in Canada and have Canadian born children They got refuse
Don’t give up on your dreams Every hard work pays in the end and don’t trust every lawyer too
