The officer send a note to my lawyer for the pr fee and police record from my country, and I give them everything already so I think I would get my landing from the 2nd of this month I have send my husband there right away as she pay it and send them to the officer on the 4th

If u live only in your country of birth and Canada,background check takes shorter but if u live in other countries it takes longer
A special needs child does not guarantee H&C. Chances go up if the child is Canadian. If you are able to support your family without welfare then that increases your chances.
Yeah Speacial needs child will not guarantee h&c but its a good argument ! for your second information,unfortunately it's wrong !!!! that's what many immigration lawyers told me, foreign child will have better impact of the file, even if the immigration will take also into consideration the best interest of canadian child.
Disagree. Canadian child has more impact than foreign born child but that doesn't mean parents with foreign born children will be denied.
Ok, if you think that the canadian one is more important despite who can live in Canada and he has all the rights , than the foreigner who may have difficulty returning to canada and who will be forced to have a bad quality of life in his country of origin if the request will be refused, you are totally free! and yes of course that the refusal and acceptance of the application are based on several other factors but certainly not the Canadianor the foreinger nationality of the child
