My mom's CoPR letter stated the same, but we sent two regardless. Got em done at staples so I dont know how they messed them up. But the second time they did not charge for the pictures.

They sent my mom another letter notifying that her pictures do not meet the specified requirements and asked us for 2 pictures this time. They told us to send a print out of the request letter to enable them to speed up the process.

Let's see if she were able to get it in September lol

My dad's PR card was approved and mailed out today, September 15, 2020.

Oddly enough I didn't get any e-mail notification of the status update in my GCKEY account. Yours should come around soon too.

Receive July 5th2019 & confirmation sent July 5th 2019
IN Process august 20th 2020
Approved in principle September 9th 2020
I haven’t receive letters for medicals or biometric yet but I don’t no why lol but all the same thanks to our God almighty.

How many days you waited before it MEDICAL PASSED after it was submitted by Panel Physician about your Dad’s medical file ?

Is it your Dad’s H&C is in NiagaraFallsBRO-BRA ?
