I’m sorry you have tested positive for that disease but I am sure that with the correct treatment you will recover soon.
It may delay the second phase of your application a bit but in the end your health comes first and for Immigration won't be big deal

Yeah. Thank you dear. I appreciated

Do i need to send my medical information sheet dear or they started to review it ?

In my case when I did my medical examination, I just went to the place did the tests and they told me that they will send the result to CIC (I did it in a place that works with Emedical so they send all the results to CIC). Approximately a week after Immigration updated my timeline with “Medical results received”

I did also in eMedical Panel Physician. It says in Automatic Call in IRCC it says “We are reviewing you medical results” I hope they received mu file already

Yes but if you attended university afterward you would be be out of the 90 day window (now 180) to file for PGWP.

I think you miss understand me. I went to Uni 2011-2013 and then did a Diploma College program in 2013-2015. After I graduated the post-secondary diploma college program, they give me PGWP for 2 years and I worked for a professional company with the PGWP, which expired in 2018, I applied for an extension of the work permit within 60 days window in 2018 and they refused me. And then I applied for H&C.

I can't understand why did they refuse you? You studied 4 years and worked 2 years in a professional company which means you are One of the best for staying in Canada.I don't know what are they looking for? I suggest you to apply again for wp. Now because of covid there are good options that can help you.

You did write this so you can understand why I was confused.

“I'm guessing because I didn't finish University, I did a secondary foundation and college diploma and 2 years at University but didn't finish the program and started working.”

What is your CRS score? Have you not been working all this time?

Hi everyone..

I have a question about current financial Information , IRCC asking for, what should we provide ?? if I am not working due waiting my work permit?

In my case,I submitted tax assessments from 2016-date.Some people submit bank statements/letter from their bank, indicating their financial standing.
By the way, what is your timeline? Do you have AIP?

I dont remember what it was 2 years ago, about 425 but today its 411. Nope I haven't been working for 2 years

CIC asked me for a police certificate but when I applied two years ago I sent a National police certificate from my home country. My question is: since I haven’t visited my country since I arrived in Canada, is it necessary to reapply for the police certificate or can I simply notify Immigration that I had already submitted one?
On the letter said:
PLEASE NOTE: If you previously provided any of the documents/information requested below please advise this office in your next submission. It may not be necessary for you to resubmit these documents.
But my lawyer suggests me to reapply for a new one. I’m still not sure what I have to do

Do we need to send original police certificate or scan copy via email?
Anyone else submit recently?
