H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

Hello guys, this is the reason i get in my refusal letter, I don’t think this is the valid point to refuse

All factors that you cited in your application were considered. An officer determined they are not
sufficient for you to be granted an exemption on humanitarian and compassionate grounds. Therefore,
your application for permanent residence from within Canada on humanitarian and compassionate
grounds is refused.

The refusal letter does not go into detail about what exact circumstances in your case caused the officer to refuse the application. In order to find out the detailed reasons the officer has used as grounds for the refusal,
In order to find it is not valid point you have to request refusal notes.

@Robin220, I'm so sorry to hear that! You have to stay strong et very positive, the first step is to ask for the reasons (officer arguments) by sending an email to Vancouver, because this letter is generic.
In many cases, officer doesn't work seriously so he doesn't take into consideration all arguments and proofs... (When I got refusal for my first application, the officer didn't even read my file, probably the first page and that's it) In this case you will have tree options, the first one is to apply for reconsideration by email, maybe the officer would change his mind, the second one is to apply for JR with a good lawyer, and if the judge will find that the decision do not respect the law, otherwise a déraisonnable décision, he will send the file to another officer. However, JR could take longer than reconsideration.
The third option is to apply for a new file with better arguments and proofs to respond to the first officer's arguments.
