Undocumented immigrants are individuals who have either illegally entered Canada or legally entered the Canada with valid nonimmigrant visas but those visas have expired.

@Robin220 today I spoke to an agent from call centre I was told by her that they will count processing time as of today I mean most recent like when I was submitted processing time was only 16 months but now it’s 24 months and she mentioned that will consider most recent which is 24 months

Hi all.. please I’d like to ask was your birth certificate for you and your spouse requested after AIP? After submitting my documents after AIP I just recieved an email requesting for birth certificate and right of permanent residence fee payment (I already sent that). Is this normal?
