It's very hard to answer this question without knowing anything about your personal situation. However as a general rule, it's best to be honest and you would also want to show evidence that you have the funds to continue to fund your stay in Canada.

It's quite common for extensions to be refused once someone has applied for H&C since the H&C application demonstrates a strong intent to remain in Canada permanently. If that happens, then you would remain in Canada without status while you wait out the decision in the H&C application.

IRCC generally doesn't consider urgent processing requests for H&C applications. You're inside of Canada, aren't you?

They can provide more explanation to ircc regarding current situation in GAZA as well as you can try to request but you need to have proof
