Ok then it should be positive news. I am not sure why it shows decision made because in our case we received the portal emails, Ecopr and then our ecas changed to complete. If you have a lawyer check with them and see if they received anything.

Criminality was in process whole October and then yesterday Criminality passed and ECAS changed to decision made.
Hey, so create GC account first, then google cic online account , login with GC key then check my application status there you will see option of link an application. Put your details and then it will say we founf this info in our system and will ask you if u want to link click link my application and youre all set
Lol Tony the online applications are like that...my application was paper base so I was able to see all the steps through ecas
Hello everyone yesterday i went to CBSA with Family for the first time interview. so they taken all documents copy and said they are applying for EC means emergency certificate to Indian embassy through online application to get EC because my two family members passport is expired.
what do you guys think how much time it will took them to get EC. for now they given me to come every month one time for to sign in office.
i want to know any body faces same situations and what outcomes they have deal with. please share your past so i can ready for it

I think ECs can be issued in as little as a week. Have you been offered PRRA? When did you submit your H&C application?
