H&C Humanitarian Ground with/or Without Failed refugee claim

May I know the dates/years of these kind of articles that you put in your application?
I tried to put the most recent ones, try not to go back more than 5 years
My lawyer also asking for proofs if we have any threats from someone backhome. Can we do that?
I'm not sure why your lawyer would ask for proof of threats as H&C is assessed base on undue hardship you would faced if you have to leave Canada. If you are a failed Refugee then Ircc would look at some of the factors that was put forward in your refugee claim when considering your application. If that's the case then submitting proof of threats would not be a bad idea.
I would advice you to focus more on submitting proof of hardship you would face if having to leave Canada.

My is with in 2weeks and waiting for ecopr for now I received my portal Aug 17 and completed the portal the same day
