Sorry when do you came in to canada because I did not receive any biometric instruction because have been in Canada since 2017

I came to canada in 2018. I applied paper based application sent via courier.

I called the call centre today. They are sating background check is in processing. So confusing. It’s been in this status from last 9 months.

Goodmorning ! Yesterday I saw some changes in my ECAS , it is updated now ‘ We recieved your Medicals’
My time line :
-H&C submitted on 20 Jan 2022
- AOR 11Feb 2022
- Processing started on 25 May2022
- we recieved your Medicals (16 May 2023)

I haven’t recieved yet stage 1 approval (AIP), does any body have any idea about this -We recieved your Medicals??

Same happened to me and my family. Applied in April 2022 and Medical instructions on May 15th 2023…. And no AIP yet.

it depends on your case on the officer how thick is your file is, and what’s the factors are

does anyone know can we apply for TRP outside of canada because of inadmissibility deportation and what are the chances of approval if have permanent resident spouse

i have h&c in process submitted last year march 2022 and i have deportation order in effect because of criminal conviction of dui happened in 2021 i applied for prra in oct 2022 as well my for arguments for h&c are hardship backhome established in canada from 7 years and have permanent resident spouse

is it good idea to apply for TRP As well in case they refused my h&c and prra
