Why your first application was refused?

Refusal said my income statement not shown, kids report was not included so I did not show establishment. But I gave my lawyer them all and he submitted what he wanted to submit..

I receive COPR today. So I emailed Niagara. With my acceptance letter and a nice note on Friday. And today office landed me. And emailed me directly to let me know it’s done. OMG there are really nice officer about.

Best interest of children and establishment, job pathway, country condition on employment and abusive of women. And I used kids report, kids daycare letter, church letter, family and friends letter. Letter from family back how showing how I support them. Work, employment and establishment

Hello all, pls what type of police certificate do I need to get for my new H&C application? My first application was just the police clearance for Canada but I’m seeing on IRCC site that you must get a police clearance from any country one has lived in since the age of 18 and above so I’m confused. For those with recent application pls advise thanks

You need to get PC from your home country and any country you have lived for six months and above.

@tony4454 yeah! thanks dear I saw that a while ago, was still trying to wrap my head around it, It’s been very overwhelming.

Just try and calm down. It’s not a big deal. Walk into finger print near you. (You can get one through google) get the fingerprint done and tell them you want to get Police clearance from US. They will help you. It’s easy. Super easy.
