Yes. it says submitted. I got Biometric done with UCI. I also updated through WEB and got "document received reply". I also think online applications are not included in ecas.
My appeal is not strong enough i know because my lawyer didn’t do any effort to make it strong. Thats why i am thinking to apply H&C asap and i am collecting some papers like volunteer, buying property etc .
@Ayanna

hi everyone, still old question. I mailed the HC based PR application to IRCC end Feb. It is April now and I haven't gotten their acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) of my document. Should I be worry based on your experience? Will they send the AOR under an email form or will they send you a regular mail? I don't expect the application to get processed right away, I just want an AOR to make sure they acknowledge our application![]()
Guys, I never applied for GCMS . . I check my application status online 3-4 times a day
My question is do I get more info/ update on GCMS
As it says 2022
Well, we definitely see the results soon after the house of Commons debateYou're still missing the point.
It's a legislative proposition, and not in effect yet.
Read this...
To make sure that housing is owned by Canadians instead of foreign investors, Budget 2022 announces the government’s intention to propose restrictions that would prohibit foreign commercial enterprises and people who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents from acquiring non-recreational, residential property in Canada for a period of two years.
Its an intention!!!
