H&C is on hold while your JR and RAD is processing times are not the same as normal H&C. In terms of RAD it is always tough to predict. Your lawyer has the best insight into chances of approval.
anyone living in quebec dont hesitate to file your taxes even you have lost status. it doesnt matter. once you file taxes you will receive $500 check from province government for housing compensation.
Are you sure? If you don’t have status you could be asked to pay back the money after the fact. Do you have a valid SIN? You seem to have arrived as a tourist and claimed H&C.
i used to work here for several years of course i have SIN. you know nothing about me in real life and you are saying " you seem to.." i think you are funny as hell.
If you get married, your spouse will sponsor you to become a PR. Then you will need to withdraw your refugee claim
by the way, if you have accountant, they will claim you are a foreigner when they file your taxes. it is up to the government if they want to give you the money.

I don't think so , with experience from members here , when a file is being reconsidered it is usually faster than the original processing time ..if it applies to HC then it will work with RAD department too.
well, i spoted a few people here in the forum dont offer much info to others, but choose to be arrogant instead. Before i left canada i had lived in many cities for 7 years, i got education in the US and canada. like i said, i "seem to be a random a touriest filing HC once i landed". it is funny to me.Good you quoted he said you seem to be.....

$500 cheque could help people in many aspects, as i said, dont hesitate to file taxes, it helps with immigration as well, showing you are contributing to the society. IRCC and CBSA doesnt work along with revenue quebec or revenue canada, no one will chase after you.
