Hi Ayanna, why would it be negative for non-warzone countries? Also, do you think it would affect H&C success rate by any means?it’s positive for war zone country but it’s negative for other third world countries

That’s what i was thinking coz people from warzone countries have 90% chances of approval anyways so with the new legislation this should be a positive thing for most of the H&C applicants.Hi Ayanna, why would it be negative for non-warzone countries? Refugee claim and H&c are different departments H&c base on establishment and hardshipHi Ayanna, why would it be negative for non-warzone countries? Also, do you think it would affect H&C success rate by any means?
Hey Ayanna maybe what you’re saying is correct but if you read the changes it’s not to ramp up deportations or anything! It’s definitely a positive thing for refugee claimants but at the same time it’s gonna be helpful for failed refugee claimants as well. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and wait for an official updateRefugee claim and H&c are different departments H&c base on establishment and hardship
If you have a good argument and enough evidence to back up your words h&c is more easier than refugee
It’s not gonna affect H&c actually it’s positive for H&c
it’s negative for other countries or people coming for example Europe south Asian South Americans Jamaica Some Africa country and many more
They are trying to finish their refugee case as soon as possible so they can deport them back
I hope this can help you this is not platform for youI am Ghullam Murtaza Badri from Afghanistan I studied jurnalism and Mass communication and graduated now as you now better about my country situation my life is in danger unknown people want kill me I escaped from Taliban to Iran country need Canada immigration visa please help me

Good morning Ayanna. I can’t stop thanking you for your time. As per volunteering, I did couple of volunteers in 2018. I have all the support letters which I used as part of supporting documents for my hearing. I have also donated blood twice and I intend to do more on that…I shall ask them for support letter as well.im not sure about medical or working status
Based on what you wrote you have a strong establishment all You need to do some voluntary works help the community if you can go to Food Bank for help it matters a lot on the days you are off and get support letter from your family and friends anyone who has good relationship make sure you put their address their full name date of birth and if you can take a copy of their ID card that would be nice too preparing all these documents gonna take you between 6 to 8 months by the time you were 12 months bar is done you submits your application next year In my experience you have a better chance with h&c than all other federal because you have a family
And you got to be careful with the attorney too because some of them are lying a lot because of money or Hustling You need to find a good lawyer and make sure he/she has a good review
Good luck to you hopefully hear positive news from soon
many applications wouldn’t even have received AOR within 1-3 months so GCMS notes would not indicate anything. GCMS notes give you an idea of where you are in the process so closer to the end of the estimated processing period.I found this information.
what does it mean ?
For Permanent Residence (PR) applications, it is best to request your GCMS notes immediately your application crosses the R10 completeness checks stage. R10 denotes Regulation 10 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). This is a rigorous review stage of your application’s processing, whereby an immigration officer checks that all your documentation and information is complete. Typically, this phase is done within one month of applying to IRCC. The perfect time to order GCMS Notes for PR applications would be in the second or third month after submitting your application.
@Katayoon @Ayanna @Lexus2021 any idea please
i received my AOR before around 4 months !many applications wouldn’t even have received AOR within 1-3 months so GCMS notes would not indicate anything. GCMS notes give you an idea of where you are in the process so closer to the end of the estimated processing period.
So why are you suggesting applying for GCMS notes in 1-3 months? If you have recently received AOR you know your application is complete and normal processing has started. Ordering GCMS notes will not provide any additional information.i received my AOR before around 4 months !
i already have my application number and my ecas account
