I notice you ask a question in the forum about if there is anybody doing their application by themselves. I am working on my application by myself.Ok...and was it best interest of children and establishment
Yes am trying to work on mine myself. Looking for some insites on what to do? I was rejected last month. So this would be my second applicationI notice you ask a question in the forum about if there is anybody doing their application by themselves. I am working on my application by myself.
I notice you said you want to submit your application by next week and that you need someone who is not a lawyer that can help you in doing some things in your application. Here is my question...Have you proof check your work and have you given someone who can help you review it for any mistakes before submission? How long did it take him to finish his 3rd application? I am tired. I have 3children about to give birth to my forth. I just want to try and put one back in next week
Same here. this is my second application. My lawyer messed up my first application. My case is a straightforward case. I overstayed my student visa That's all. After reading my refusal letter, I notice the lawyer did not include very important information and evidence that would have helped my case. This is why I am doing it myself to address some of the concerns of the immigration officer and submit all the evidence she requested in my refusal letter.Yes am trying to work on mine myself. The first thing you should do is to know the reason(s) for the refusal of your first application. If you don't know the reason, there is no way you can start working on a second application because the reason(s) are not addressed.Yes am trying to work on mine myself. Are you talking about GMC notes? The first thing you should do is to know the reason(s) for the refusal of your first application. If you don't know the reason, there is no way you can start working on a second application because the reason(s) are not addressed.
Do you have a copy of your "refusal letter" ? (Am not referring to "decision letter") ........ If not, you will need to order a copy from IRRCC. The reason(s) you were refused will give you an idea of how you will present and address all the information you want to include in your second h&c submission and concerns stated in your refusal letter
Nope! I am referring to the "refusal letter". It is a letter that includes the name of the officer that worked on your application and also outlines in detail the list of reason(s) the officer refused your application. I don't know if GMC notes include this information. you can ask members of this forum. Are you talking about GMC notes?
How do I request this? I emailed Vancouver office and they didn't provide itNope! I am referring to the "refusal letter". Requesting for a copy of your refusal letter should be your first step "before" you start working on a new application.

If the common-law is included in the application, they are required to pay, or you application will be returned as incomplete, am talking out of experience. No they are only applying for H&C on their behalf.
yes + family ties in Canada (Canadian spouse and child).Ok...and was it best interest of children and establishment
The common law is outside Canada so definitely not included in the application but I did send Generic Application form for the common law and family information as wellIf the common-law is included in the application, they are required to pay, or you application will be returned as incomplete, am talking out of experience.
