Our CBsA officer was kind to follow up with IRCC on my partner's case; and they said they are still waiting for his police certificate! However he sent it on May and even received automatic acknowledgment email from Niagara. So apparently it was never added to his file. He re-sent it today and the countdown re-starts. 3 months almost wasted...
I would love it but I doubt it.

My partner does not have ECaS. Presumably because he was already PR before and they could not re-connect his new file to his UCI...
The phone line still says the same message though - "background checks"...
Ohhhh! I think about I need to find the way to contact my officer in Niagara. I’m worried about my medicals as I did them before I got the forms.
Anyways, ECAS sent a message to Niagara about this. They told me about they had them. Thanks

Yes for medicals you can also call call center and they will confirm medicals receipt date.
I think Niagara is inundated with files and they simply have no capacity to go through all emails...

She submitted original application may 2019, got aip October 2020, I submitted June 2019, aip February 2021. See there is big difference among cases.

don’t listen those automatics message it’s confusing you next time just send a GCms note it’s a lot of help

if they’re waiting on police certificate then he should get his copr by end of next week
Everything done and they’re waiting for one thing that’s all
Sometime before copr they ask your address one more time
