Good point. When my partner got his GCMS notes, the entire application of 200+ pages was inside the notes (scanned version). So it appears when we send paper application, it gets scanned and transferred to another backlog reduction office in electronic form.

How long does it takes to get a response after submitting a Jurisdiction Review. So I can get the officer notes and reason for granting me H&C.
No idea about judicial review but you should get notes within 24 hrs. Just email the office that sent you decision letter, write them an nice email asking them for the refusal notes yiu will get it in 24 hrs.

Email...but no one answer. My lawyer send send the letter and I email them. But didn't get answer. He stated that he should get the reasons in a week or week and a half. So am wondering if it's the same for anyone
